Returns

We want you to be happy with your Asbell Wool purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, merchandise must be:

• Unworn and unused
• In its original condition
• Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or other signs of use
• Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or the wrong item was shipped.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning merchandise. Asbell Wool is not responsible for merchandise lost in return shipping.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original method of payment.

Refunds are for the purchase price of the returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution or payment provider to post the refund after we process it.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund.

Items marked Final Sale or Clearance — Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Other sale merchandise may be returned under our standard 30-day return policy unless the product listing specifically states otherwise.

If you need a different size or item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability. In some cases, the quickest option is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
